Can I use a standard Twin comforter on and Twin XL mattress?
Absolutely! Most dorm rooms are configured with bunk beds. The dimensions of and extra long mattress are 39 x 80 x 5 inches. The typical dimensions of a twin size comforter is 86 x 86 inches. This allows enough length to cover the end of the mattress on a bunk bed while the head of the bed is usually up against a wall and therefore, no coverage is needed. You can also use the the comforter again on a standard twin size bed when your child moves into his or her own apartment. Two uses in one!
How do you determine your shipping costs?
In order to keep shipping costs to a minimum, we charge our customers only what the actual costs are from our shippers. We ship via UPS, USPS or FedEx depending upon the application.
How quickly will I get my order?
In most cases, in two to three weeks. Some furniture items may take longer. We understand you are excited to get your new bedding items and we will try our best to get them to you as quickly as we can.
Does Tot 2 Teen take Returns or Exchanges?

Can I cancel my order?
Because many of the items we carry are either ordered or made just for you, we allow only a 24 hour cancellation window from when the order has been placed. Please cancel by e-mailing Customer Service. Include your name, date of order, order number and items ordered. We will send you a confirmation e-mail letting you know the order has been cancelled.
Do you offer free shipping?
There are times when certain items have free shipping. Check back frequently to see when your preferred items are on sale.
Do you ship internationally?
No, at this time we only ship to the United States, U.S. territories and some items, Canada.
Do you ship internationally if I am willing to pay an additional charge?
Sometimes. Please email Customer Service with your thoughts of what you would like to purchase. Additional shipping charges may apply.
What is your policy on refused items or bad addresses?
A restocking fee of $35 will be charge to the customer if your order is returned to us because it was refused upon delivery. This fee will be charged to your original form of payment.
What about custom orders, can I cancel those orders?
There are NO cancellations or RETURNS on orders that are custom made for you. Many of our designer crib sets, bedding and artwork is created just for you after you order. Those items may not be returned or refused. Please check with our Customer Service Department for more information or details on a particular item. Custom-designed furnishings, bedding, accessories, gifts and other made-to-order items cannot be returned or exchanged.
Do items often get back ordered?
Unfortunately, since we have chosen the most popular items to offer you, sometimes one or more items may become back ordered. This means that the manufacturer does not have enough stock to send us our order. If a back order occurs on your order, an email will be sent to notify you within 24 hours of when you placed the order. If you choose to wait for your products, they will be promptly sent to you as soon as it arrives.
Do you charge sales tax?
Because Tot2TeenOnline.com operates in California, we are required to collect 8.75% sales tax on orders shipped to a California address. Those who live outside California will not be charged sales tax for orders placed at Tot 2 Teen.
Can I special order items not on your website?
Absolutely! If there is anything you would like us to order for you, please e-mail us and we will try to help. You never know unless you ask!
Is shopping with Tot 2 Teen safe and secure?
Shopping online at Tot 2 Teen is not only convenient, it is extremely secure. Presently we use the advanced Go Daddy SSL security system and server. We never share or sell information, ever! Our servers are being monitored 24/7 to make sure that our store is always open, safe and ready for shopping.

What are my payment options?
We accept the following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express and PayPal. Credit card charges will appear as Tot 2 Teen. Cashier Check, Check and Money Orders are also accepted.
Can I order via mail or fax?
Although our online ordering system is safe, secure and faster, we understand if you prefer to order by mail. If payment is to be made by credit card, include your Visa, MasterCard, Discover or American Express card number, expiration date and security code. Or if you would like to pay by cash, please make out your Cashier's Check, Check or Money Order to Tot 2 Teen. Include the your name, mailing address, shipping address, phone number, item name, item number, quantity, price, plus applicable tax (California residents only).
