Return Authorization Request

If you are not completely satisfied, merchandise can be returned for credit or refund within 30 days of purchase. For return instructions, use the Returns Authorization Request form below. All items must be returned in the original packaging and condition. A 15% restocking fee not to be less than $7.50, will be subtracted from the original cost of the item. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
