SHIPPING POLICY

We ship by UPS, USPS, DHL or common carrier for larger items in the continental United States only. The shipping times vary for wide range of products that we carry. Most products ship within 5 business days. Most items will arrive at your doorstep within 10 business days from date of order. Please allow additional time (1 to 2 weeks) for hand-crafted items and custom orders. Shipping and handling charges are added to your order based on the total weight of the merchandise you order. These charges include the cost of shipping your order and costs of handling and preparing the products to be delivered to you safely and in good condition.

RETURN POLICY

If you are not 100% satisfied, merchandise can be returned for credit or refund within 30 days of purchase. All items must be received in the original condition and packaging. A 15% restocking fee not to be less than $7.50, will be subtracted from the original cost of the item. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. A15% restocking fee may apply. Deductions on multiple savings items are subject to reduction if merchandise is returned. Please go to our Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) page for further instructions.
